Our very own Equestrian team will be competing in several events in Redmond at the State Equestrian meet Wednesday May 14-Sunday May 18th this week. > More
In the small-school division, the North Marion equestrian team won the meet with 241 points over McMinnville (176).
The Huskies were led by Nicole Turner, who took first in driving with 89.5 points and was fifth in trail with 87 points. Sam Pack finished runner-up in saddle seat with 93.5.
The next equestrian meet is March 6-9 in Salem."
Our 4 person drill team of Erica Ash, Dezi Martin, Samantha Pack and Nicole Turner took first in the Working Fours event over all the teams at the district meet, large and small! Sammy tied for 3rd in Driving, and Nicole Turner and Sammy took second in the Working Pairs event.
